Transfer news LIVE: Monday's gossip and done deals as Liverpool look to seal Christian Benteke deal

Christian Benteke looks set to seal his move to Liverpool today, with a medical planned ahead of a £32.5million switch . That could open the door to Rickie Lambert moving to West Brom.
Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria is on the radar of Paris Saint-Germain, who are increasingly confident of a deal ... meaning the Red Devils will step up their pursuit of Pedro. But Edinson Cavani is 'ignoring' speculation linking him with Old Trafford.
Elsewhere, Chelsea are still on the tail of John Stones, 'crazy' Alexandar Mitrovic has been backed to succeed at Newcastle and Juan Cuadrado could be on the move.

Chelsea willing to let Cuadrado depart

Chelsea are ready to let £23.3million Juan Cuadrado leave after just seven months at Stamford Bridge - but ONLY if they get their money back for him.
Italian champions Juventus are among a number of teams that have targeted the 27-year-old, who was signed in January from Fiorentina.
His representatives have been examining his options for some time after his struggles in south-west London.
Mirror Sport understands that if Chelsea get their money back in full and Cuadrado asks to leave, he WOULD be allowed to go.

Di Maria and Pedro - part 2

Talks have been opened and are ongoing between the two clubs with the Reds having admitted defeat in their fight to keep Di Maria.
PSG are understood to have offered around £40million -significantly less than United want for Di Maria but they believe the player’s determination to leave puts them in a strong position.
Di Maria failed to settle in Manchester after leaving Real Madrid with his wife particularly unhappy in the north west after a burglary at their Cheshire home in January.
United are set this week to offer around £18million for Pedro, who is understood to be keen on a move to Old Trafford.

Di Maria and Pedro - part I

Paris Saint-Germain are convinced they are winning the fight to snatch Angel Di Maria from Manchester United after just one season.
United have been given a boost after it emerged Chelsea are not in the hunt for Barcelona winger Pedro, the player that they have been seeking as a replacement.
And PSG believe 27-year-old Di Maria, the British record signing at £59.7million, has already told United that he wants to leave Old Trafford.

Hello there, dear people of the internet.

It's 6.30am on a Monday morning and already the wheels of industry are beginning to turn. In the distance, I can hear the clunking of gears and the whooshing of pistons as the transfer window gets back up to speed after a weekend of respite.
I say respite, but there was actually a fair bit of movement: from Fabian Delph's Man City move late on Friday night to developments in the Liverpool/Christian Benteke saga, the last few days have proven that there is no rest for the wicked... or for Premier League managers.
Today, we're expecting Benteke to have his medical at Anfield, so stay tuned for updates on that and loads more besides.

Don't touch that dial.
